Lil Durk got 'unengaged,' claims Blueface's mom in viral Instagram post

Rapper Blueface recently came at odds with his mother after she made wild claims about his and other celebs’ personal life on Instagram. One of her claims was that Lil Durk had gotten ‘unengaged.’

It’s not uncommon to see parents embarrassing their children online. But, it takes a toll when the kid is a famous rapper and the parent is just dishing out details about their personal life on social media.

Blueface’s mom posted an IG story that sent hip hop fans into a tizzy. Many took to Twitter to discuss if some of her claims are true.

Lil Durk got ‘unengaged,’ claims Blueface’s mom

Blueface’s mother recently took to her IG and reflected on the year so far. She wrote: “It’s been a hellava year!”

She then noted some of the biggest headlines of the year such as the “pandemic & wars, Kanye & Kim’s divorce,” before making claims saying: “Durk & someone got engaged and unengaged, Cardi quit her fans, 50 Cent still didn’t get his money from the ole girl, Will Smith smacked Chris Rock, Blueface made it official with Rock.”

The claims, unsurprisingly, sent fans into a tizzy and sparked many rumours about Durk and Blueface’s personal lives.

While Blueface cleared the air around his personal life quickly, fans are still discussing whether Lil Durk got ‘unengaged’ with his fiance, India Royale.

At the time of writing, these are merely rumours as the Broadway Girls rapper is still going strong with India. Durk and his lady love are yet to respond to Blueface’s mom’s surprising claims.

HITC has reached out to the pair for a comment but, at the time of the publishment of this article, is yet to receive a response.

Blueface responds to mom’s IG story

The 25-year-old rapper was quick to jump on Twitter and clear the air around his mom’s IG story and his personal life.

His mother claimed that the artist had made it official with his flame Chrisean Rock. But, the rapper wrote on Twitter: “My mom doesn’t speak for me or none I got going on personally ain’t none official wit nobody,” shutting down her claims.

Meanwhile, Chrisean, who wasn’t too pleased with all that went down, chose to unleash her rage in a series of posts.

In a video shared on social media, the star claimed that the rapper could have chosen to ignore his mother’s message. She also threatened to expose the truth. She went as far as to threaten the singer that she’ll “come to Arizona and jack your dumba** up.”
